The scottish music blog The Pop Cop has persuaded 14 of the best blogs in four continents to share their favourite song of the month and simultaneously post the entire collection on their own sites on the 15th of every month. zonaindie is part of this international network of blogs that fall under the grand name of Music Alliance Pact (or MAP for short). The people at Basura! Discos, an independent record label based in the city of Villa María, Córdoba, Argentina, have gotten in touch with us. The label was founded in 1999 and it has a very diverse catalog, including genres such as punk and electronic music. It recently released 15 Recetas Alternativas (15 Alternative Recipes), a compilation of songs from local bands that can be downloaded for free from the web.
